If you try a Glencura product and feel it isn’t right for you, you can request a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order, no hassle, no hard questions.
If the product has been tried this is not an issue however products significantly used or emptied do not qualify. If anymore than 10% of the item has been used then it will not qualify for a refund.
To start a money back request, simply contact us with your order number and a brief message. We’ll take care of the rest.
If the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect then we will cover the full cost of the return shipping, however if you simply change your mindyou are responsible for this cost.
